There is every possibility of an Indian company taking over British sports car manufacturer Aston Martin and bringing the brand to India. This company is none other the leading manufacturer and seller of sports utility vehicles in India, Mahindra and Mahindra. But, these are just rumors and noting substantial has been let out by the Mahindra AND Mahindra company as of now. Mahindra and Mahindra is eligible to adopt British sportscar maker Aston Martin from its ongoing Kuwait settled possessor Investment Dar Co. The Kuwaiti company possesses a 64 percent stake in Aston Martin and is projecting to trade its $800million punt in the company. The Kuwaiti company is under debt and that is the reason it is projecting to trade its share in Aston. Aston Martin was purchased over from Ford by Investment Dar Co in 2007 but no compliance has come all the same from Aston Martin itself. For Aston itself the sales agreement to Mahindra Is not a high-risk thought either as it requires the financial support of a big maker to modernize future motorcars. Toyota too is bruited to be curious in purchasing Aston and has already executed a sketch to ascertain if purchasing the share is executable.Aston traded almost 4,200 vehicles last year. Aston Martin got into India last year and Performance Cars which is a part of Infinity Cars has been nominated as the authorized importer and distributor for Aston Martin. Both Mahindra and the Kuwaiti Company have declined to comment to the sales agreement of Aston. Mahindra last year had bought Korean producer SssangYong and last month plunged the Rexton sport utility vehicle in India.
